目的:采用响应面法优化梅花鹿鹿茸多肽的提取工艺。方法:以鹿茸多肽含量为评价指标,通过单因素试验分别考察粉碎粒度、液料比和提取时间3个因素对多肽含量的影响,采用Box-Behnken的中心组合实验设计原理优化梅花鹿鹿茸多肽的提取工艺。结果:最佳提取工艺:粉碎粒度为80~100目,液料比为12,提取时间为40 min。结论:响应面法优化梅花鹿茸多肽提取工艺合理,具有较好的应用价值。
Objective: To optimize the extraction process of sika deer antler polypeptide by response surface methodology. Methods: The content of antler peptide was used as evaluation index, and the effect of three factors including crushing size, liquid-to-solid ratio and extraction time on the content of polypeptide was investigated by single factor experiment. Box-Behnken’s central experimental design principle was used to optimize the extraction of antler polypeptide from sika deer antler Process. Results: The best extraction process: grinding particle size of 80 ~ 100 mesh, liquid material ratio of 12, extraction time was 40 min. Conclusion: The response surface method to optimize sika antler peptide extraction process is reasonable and has good application value.
