日前,中国技术市场管理促进中心在京召开东西部技术对接示范工作座谈会。科技部有关部门负责同志与西部试点单位和北京、上海负责东西部技术对接单位的负责同志聚集在一起,总结过去,规划未来,研讨东西部技术对接工作取得更大进展的对策。笔者作为上海代表出席了座谈会,极深地体会是:东西部技术对接已从务虚走向务实。东西部技术对接,重在务实。
Recently, China Technology Market Management Promotion Center convened a forum on technical docking demonstration work in eastern and western regions. The responsible comrades of the relevant departments of the Ministry of Science and Technology and the responsible officials in charge of western and western pilot units and the technical docking units responsible for the eastern and western regions in Beijing and Shanghai gathered together to sum up the past and plan for the future and to discuss the measures for making greater progress in the docking of technologies between the eastern and western regions.
