在既有铁路扩能改造施工中,下穿既有铁路的顶进施工是公铁交叉道口,平交改立交的重要手段,传统的顶进施工工序繁琐,工艺粗犷,施工工期长,安全隐患大。针对顶进施工的诸多问题,结合锦承线扩能改造工程中某多孔大跨度框构桥的顶进施工实例,积极采用“模块化”施工的创新理念,进一步优化了传统复杂的施工工艺,达到了提高施工质量,简化工序,加快进度,确保安全的目的,对同类型的施工有很好的借鉴意义。
