介绍了双能量一次曝光法能量减影的基本原理,阐述了采用此技术进行选择性地提取人体肺部骨组织和软组织的理论基础,说明了应用软件方法实现能量减影的具体步骤,其中包括通过散射校正和硬化校正等提高处理质量的过程,最后给出了实验结果,并用三维曲面图加以分析.结果表明,能量减影方法能显著提高肺部细密组织的成像效果,便于更加明晰地发现病灶的部位,为诸如肿瘤的前期诊断提供可靠的依据.
The basic principle of energy subtraction by dual-energy one-shot exposure method is introduced. The theoretical basis of selective extraction of human bone and soft tissue by using this technique is described. The specific steps of energy subtraction by software method are described. Through the process of improving the processing quality by scattering correction, hardening correction and so on, the experimental results are given finally and analyzed by 3D surface map. The results show that the energy subtraction method can significantly improve the imaging effect of the fine lung tissue, to facilitate the more clearly identify the lesion site, such as pre-diagnosis of the tumor to provide a reliable basis.
