为了及时、准确地检测交通事件并采取有效的管理手段,提高城市快速路交通管理水平,在总结现有交通事件自动检测算法优缺点的基础上,提出了一种基于二维空间和一维时间的交通流异常变化的三维集成交通事件自动检测算法(集成AID算法),并利用北京市二环快速路上现有的交通流数据及相应的交通事件信息,对提出的集成AID算法进行验证,对其有效性和实用性进行分析。结果表明:该算法能够对快速路交通事件进行有效检测,与各个维度的子算法相比,能有效提高检测率,降低误报率,能够满足实际工程应用的需求。
In order to timely and accurately detect traffic accidents and take effective management measures to improve the traffic management level of urban expressways, based on summarizing the advantages and disadvantages of the existing automatic traffic incident detection algorithms, a method based on two-dimensional space and one-dimensional time (Integrated AID algorithm), and uses the existing traffic flow data and corresponding traffic event information of Beijing Second Ring Expressway to verify the proposed integrated AID algorithm. Its effectiveness and practicality are analyzed. The results show that the proposed algorithm can effectively detect traffic incidents on the expressway. Compared with the sub-algorithms in all dimensions, this algorithm can effectively improve the detection rate and reduce the false alarm rate, which can meet the needs of practical engineering applications.
