本文研究了超深井测井检波器高温弹性元件铌基材料的成分、组织结构和性能以及实用效果。试验结果如下:作为无磁、高温弹簧片,性能较好的合金为氧含量低的Nb-35Ti-5.5Al合金。冷轧片材时效处理后,弹性极限增加很多,而弹性模量变化不大,从而大大增加储能比。降低氧含量可提高塑性。几年来实验和试用证明:铌合金弹簧片性能在室温较铍青铜稍优;在高温则显著地优于铍青铜。铌合金弹簧片组装的地震测井检波器已投入生产,实用效果良好。
In this paper, the composition, microstructure, properties and practical effects of niobium-based materials for ultra-deep well logging geophones are studied. The test results are as follows: As a non-magnetic, high temperature spring sheet, the better performance of the alloy is low Nb-35Ti-5.5Al alloy. Cold-rolled sheet aging, the elastic limit increased a lot, but little change in elastic modulus, thereby greatly increasing the energy storage ratio. Lowering the oxygen content improves ductility. Experiments and trials over the years proved that the properties of niobium alloy spring leaf slightly better than the beryllium bronze at room temperature; significantly higher than the beryllium bronze at high temperatures. Seismic logging geophones assembled with niobium alloy springs have been put into production and have good practical results.
