Recently, a university in Strasbourg, France, has experimented with a new process that produces a new type of building material, foam glass. Production is currently scheduled. The shattered glass and waste from the glass production process are placed on a ball mill and ground to a powder. After the powder is mixed with a special mixture, it is placed in a right-angled mold and stirred. It is then baked on an electric oven at a temperature of 850°C.
