无修井机压裂充填专利技术是在双层筛管和常规筛管技术基础上 ,新近开发的费用合理的防砂完井技术。该技术在墨西哥海湾地区已成功完成多井次施工。本文以具体的实例描述了该工艺在小直径套管 衬管完井、双层筛管与TCP“一次管柱”完井、间歇钻井完井以及接替产层完井等不同井况下的具体操作工序和应用效果 ,并且进行了效果分析和经济评价。
Patented non-workover machine fracturing and filling technology is a newly developed cost-effective sand control and completion technology based on double-screen and conventional screen technology. The technology has successfully completed multi-well construction in the Gulf of Mexico. In this paper, a concrete example is given to describe the process under different well conditions such as small diameter casing liner completion, double screen and TCP “primary string” completion, intermittent well completion, and succession formation completion Operating procedures and application effects, and conducted an effect analysis and economic evaluation.
