中央提出了“三去一补一降”、推进“一路一带”战略等措施来实现供给侧结构性改革。供给侧结构性改革,是从提高供给质量出发,用改革的方法推进结构调整,矫正要素配置扭曲,扩大有效供给,提高供给结构对需求变化的适应性和灵活性,从而提高全要素生产率。在实施这一重大战略举措的过程中,资产评估行业作为生产性服务行业的代表,将通过价值发现和管理功能而发挥重要作用。
The central government has proposed such measures as “three-to-one-one-plus-one-down” and “advancing along the way” strategies to achieve supply-side structural reforms. The supply-side structural reform starts with improving the quality of supply, promoting structural adjustment by means of reform, distorting the allocation of corrective elements, expanding effective supply, and improving the adaptability and flexibility of the supply structure to changes in demand so as to enhance total factor productivity. In implementing this major strategic move, the asset valuation industry, as a representative of the producer services industry, will play an important role through its value discovery and management capabilities.
