用抗CA 19-9及抗CEA单克隆抗体,对24例胰腺癌手术切除标本进行PAP免疫组织化学染色。结果:1.对胰癌的阳性率CA19-9为95.8%,CEA为83.3%;2.CA19-9呈强阳性反应者,占70.8%,而CEA呈弱阳性者,占45.8%;3.呈阳性反应癌细胞在癌组织中的分布范围CA19-9广泛,而CEA范围小;4.在胰液中的表达CA19-9为73.9%,CEA为17.3%;5.与正常组织的交叉反应CA 19-9为70%,CEA为20%。CA19-9在胰癌组织中的表达虽高,但与正常胰组织的交叉反应也高。
Anti-CA 19-9 and anti-CEA monoclonal antibodies were used to perform PAP immunohistochemical staining on 24 surgical specimens of pancreatic cancer. The positive rate of pancreatic cancer was 95.8% in CA19-9 and 83.3% in CEA. 2. CA19-9 showed strong positive reaction, accounting for 70.8%, while CEA showed weak positive, accounting for 45.8%.3. The positive reaction of cancer cells in the distribution of cancer range CA19-9 extensive, while the CEA range is small; 4. The expression of CA19-9 in pancreatic juice was 73.9%, CEA was 17.3%; 5. Cross-reaction with normal tissue CA 19-9 is 70% and CEA is 20%. The expression of CA19-9 in pancreatic cancer is high, but the cross reaction with normal pancreatic tissue is also high.
