广州市同济化工厂在荔湾区财政分局的帮助下,深入调查研究,分析亏损的原因,改善经营管理,建立健全材料管理制度,加强成本管理,定期进行经济活动分析,及时解决了一些生产上、管理上存在的问题,转亏为盈。1961年单位产品成本比1960年降低了30.8%,全年盈利13.2万元,今年元月份产品成本又继续降低,超额完成了利润计划。
