用循环伏安法制备了对烟酸有良好Nernst电位响应的聚吡咯修饰烟酸化学传感器。传感器的响应是基于烟酸根离子在掺杂了烟酸的聚吡咯膜中掺杂= 释放平衡。研究了聚合条件对传感器电化学性能的影响,表征了传感器的电化学特性。传感器对烟酸电位响应的线性范围为2.5×10- 2~5.0×10- 6m ol/L,斜率为56m v/P烟酸,检测下限为2.0×10- 6m ol/L,响应时间为2m in 左右。
Polypyrrole modified nicotinic acid chemical sensors with good Nernst potential response to niacin were prepared by cyclic voltammetry. The response of the sensor is based on the doping = release equilibrium of nicotinic acid ions in the polypyrrole film doped with niacin. The influence of polymerization conditions on the electrochemical performance of the sensor was investigated, and the electrochemical characteristics of the sensor were characterized. The linear range of the sensor response to niacin potentials was 2.5 × 10-2 to 5.0 × 10-6 mol / L with a slope of 56 mv / P nicotinic acid. The detection limit was 2.0 × 10-6 mol / L, the response time is about 2m in.
