本文研究结果表明,桂枝汤降发热兔肛温和小鼠皮肤温度作用的对数剂量-效应和隆温效应-消除时间之间呈现显著相关关系,降发热兔肛温作用的效应y(C)与剂量x′(g/kg)的对数x的回归方程式为(?)=1.839+3.845x(10gx′);降小鼠皮肤温度作用的效应y(C)与剂量=x′(g/kg)的对数x的回归方程式为(?)=4.998x(10gx′)-1.777;最大降温效应消除50%所需时间约4~5小时。
