目的在我国医疗模式改革逐步推进,保障患者和医务人员的共同利益的背景下,分析我院管理中存在的问题,探求相应解决措施。方法通过对患者,医务人员进行调查,管理层自省过程中反映的相关问题做了初步分析。结果调查显现出本院有服务态度,技术水平以及专业素质的问题,管理层采用新的管理理念和机制提出对应的策略。结论新的管理措施使患者和医务人员利益得到切实保障,效果显著。
Objective To analyze the problems existing in the management of our hospital under the background of the gradual advancement of the medical reform in our country and the protection of the common interests of the patients and the medical staff and to seek the corresponding solutions. Methods Through the investigation of patients and medical staff, the management problems reflected in the process of doing a preliminary analysis. Results The survey revealed the service attitude, technical level and professional quality of the Court. Management adopted new management concepts and mechanisms to propose corresponding strategies. Conclusion The new management measures have effectively protected the interests of patients and medical staff and have achieved remarkable results.
