目的:研究在健康体检工作当中实施护士质量管理的意义。方法:选择2015年1月-2015年12月420例于我院体检人员,将其均分为实验组与对照组,每组各210例,对于对照组实施常规护理,实验组实施常规护理的同时增加质量护理模式,对比此二组医生满意度以及体检人员满意度。结果:实验组医生满意度与健康体检人员满意度均高于对照组,P<0.05,比较后具备明显差异,统计学意义明确。结论:在健康体检工作当中实施护士质量管理可增加医生与体检人员的满意度,值得临床推广。
Objective: To study the significance of carrying out quality management of nurses in health examination. Methods: From January 2015 to December 2015, 420 cases of medical staff in our hospital were selected and divided into experimental group and control group, with 210 cases in each group. Conventional nursing was performed in control group and routine nursing in experimental group At the same time increase the quality of care model, comparing the two groups of doctors satisfaction and medical staff satisfaction. Results: Satisfaction of doctors and health examination staff in experimental group were higher than that of control group (P <0.05), with significant difference after comparison, with clear statistical significance. Conclusion: The implementation of nurse quality management in the health examination can increase the satisfaction of doctors and medical staff, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
