1.TSG8341简介 TSG8341是专用于通讯频率变换的集成电路,也是保密通讯技术中的一个关键器件。由于其体积小、外围元件少、抗干扰能力强,且具有收、发两组相对独立的信道,所以非常适合用来制作全双工通讯机,或对现有的通讯设备进行改装。 TSG8341系大规模CMOS电路,采用24脚DIP双列直插式封装,其引脚功能如表1,典型应用电路如图1所示。IC2、IC3使用通用型放大电路LM386,其工作原理是大家熟知的,不再详述。IC2作话筒放大,MIC为小型驻极体
1. TSG8341 Introduction TSG8341 is dedicated to communication frequency conversion integrated circuits, is also a key component of secure communication technology. Because of its small size, fewer external components, anti-interference ability, and has received, sending two sets of relatively independent channel, so it is ideal for making full-duplex communication machine, or the modification of existing communications equipment.
