采用一步法发泡工艺,将可降解的天然植物纤维木粉添加到聚氨酯原料中发泡,成功合成了可降解的高吸油聚氨酯泡沫。研究了木粉含量对聚氨酯泡沫的泡孔结构、拉伸强度、吸油性能、吸水性能和降解性能的影响。结果表明:随着木粉添加量的增加,聚氨酯泡沫的吸油倍率缓慢下降,但是其始终保持了较高的吸油倍率;同时,聚氨酯泡沫的降解性能随着木粉添加量的增加而逐渐提高,并且在磷酸盐缓冲溶液中的失重率要高于土埋法中的失重率,说明木粉的添加有效提高了聚氨酯泡沫的降解性。
The one-step foaming process was used to add biodegradable natural plant fiber wood flour into the polyurethane raw material for foaming, and the biodegradable superabsorbent polyurethane foam was successfully synthesized. The effects of wood flour content on the cell structure, tensile strength, oil absorption, water absorption and degradation of polyurethane foam were studied. The results showed that with the increase of the amount of wood flour, the oil absorption rate of polyurethane foam decreased slowly, but its high oil absorption rate was always maintained. Meanwhile, the degradation performance of polyurethane foam gradually increased with the addition of wood flour, And the weight loss rate in phosphate buffer solution is higher than the weight loss rate in soil burial method, indicating that the addition of wood flour effectively improves the degradability of polyurethane foam.
