近年来,由各级教育主管部门主办的职业技能大赛,对职业院校的教学改革和人才培养起到了一定的推进作用。但职业技能大赛公平性面临考验,商业化和功利化问题明显,如不及时加以调整,将使大赛背离初衷。针对职业技能大赛存在的问题辩证分析,指出表象背后的原因及危害,提出建设性意见:建立严格的保密制度、裁判选聘和评判工作机制,打破承办院校对比赛资源的垄断;由主办方负责开发竞赛软件、负责购买竞赛设备供参赛院校免费或租借使用;健全科学公正的教育质量评估和竞赛评判制度,同时建立和完善职业教育督导制度。
In recent years, vocational skills competitions organized by education authorities at all levels have played a certain role in promoting the teaching reform and personnel training in vocational colleges. However, the fairness of the vocational skills competition is challenged. The problems of commercialization and utilitarianization are obvious. Failure to adjust them in a timely manner will make the competition deviate from its original purpose. Aiming at the problems existing in the vocational skills competition, this paper points out the reasons behind the appearance and the harms and puts forward the constructive suggestions: to establish a strict system of secrecy, to select and judge the working mechanism and to break the monopoly of undertaking competition resources; Responsible for the development of competition software, is responsible for the purchase of competition equipment for participating institutions for free or rental use; improve scientific and fair education quality assessment and competition evaluation system, and establish and improve the vocational education supervision system.
