本文介绍了德国双元制职业教育、职业资格认证、应用科技大学和西门子公司“机电一体化系统工程师认证”等工程教育情况。分析了其中的学习领域课程方案和行为引导的教学法。提出了初步的建议措施。德国的工程教育模式对国内应用型大学特别是民办本科高校有启示和借鉴作用。
