针对传统TOPSIS方法在处理不确定空战态势信息方面的不足,提出了基于IFE的改进TOPSIS的空战多目标威胁评估方法。首先运用直觉模糊集确定目标属性决策矩阵;然后采用IFE算法对目标属性赋权;最后将TOPSIS法与直觉模糊集相结合,建立基于直觉模糊TOPSIS法空战多目标威胁评估的数学模型,并进行了仿真研究。仿真结果表明,评估结果符合实际空战情况,算法合理、有效。
Aiming at the shortcomings of the traditional TOPSIS method in dealing with uncertain air combat situation information, an improved air defense multi-target threat assessment method based on IFE for TOPSIS is proposed. Firstly, the intuitionistic fuzzy set is used to determine the target attribute decision matrix. Then the IFE algorithm is used to weight the target attributes.
