同一性问题是青春期人格发展的核心。探析发现:中学生的一系列心理问题多是由于同一性危机引起的。本文依托的自我同一性理论,就中学生的心理问题进行了探析,旨在建构切实有效地针对自我同一性危机干预体系,以期帮助中学生顺利度过青春期,进入成年期,形成健康的自我意识。
The issue of identity is at the core of adolescent personality development. Analysis found that: a series of psychological problems of middle school students are mostly caused by the crisis of identity. Based on the theory of self-identity, this article explores the psychological problems of middle school students, aiming to construct a practical and effective crisis intervention system aimed at self-identity to help middle school students successfully pass their adolescences and adulthood and form healthy self-awareness.
