随着武警部队多样化任务的遂行和实战化训练的实施,部队所处环境越发复杂多变,所需餐饮质量显著提高,种类越加丰富。奶制品、水产品等生鲜食品兼具高营养与口感性,在部队官兵饮食结构中占据重要地位。但同时此类食品具有高度易腐性,如何提供安全高效的饮食保障,直接决定部队战斗力。冷链物流具有延长食品保质时间、防止食品污染、保障食品安全的性能,冷链物流体系的建设为武警部队生鲜食品饮食保障提供了有效解决途径。
With the implementation of the diversified tasks of the Armed Police Force and the implementation of actual combat training, the environment in which the armed forces are located is more complex and changeable. The quality of catering required has been significantly improved and the types become more abundant. Fresh foods such as dairy products and aquatic products occupy an important position in the diet structure of officers and soldiers of the armed forces, because of their high nutrition and taste. However, at the same time, such foods are highly perishable and how to provide safe and efficient food security can directly determine the combat effectiveness of the troops. Cold chain logistics has the advantages of prolonging food shelf life, preventing food contamination and ensuring food safety. The establishment of a cold chain logistics system provides an effective solution to the armed police fresh food diet.
