传统的超高压混凝土泵单层输送管,为同时满足泵送混凝土施工的耐磨性和抗爆能力要求,往往采用更好的输送管材料、加厚管壁或提高内壁感应淬火硬度等方法。但这会造成整个管道质量加大、安装困难、制造采购成本偏高,且淬火硬度过高容易出现管道内壁开裂或磨损掉块而发生堵管现象。在此情况下,开发了一种超高压混凝土泵双层复合输送管,其外管防冲击韧性好,确保了抗爆能力,内管硬度较高且耐磨性好,解决了传统超高压泵管诸多弊端。
