随着基础教育的课程改革,继续教育培训成了教师专业发展的重要途径。然而,许多地方各级教育行政部门组织的课程培训,一般都以分科、分段的模式进行,很少有针对中小学之间教学衔接的培训。中小学教学衔接的问题客观存在,在音乐教师培训中,我们尝试把高中、初中和小学三个学段的教师组织起来,把理论学习、课例观摩、技能训练综合起来,提高了教师培训的实效性,促进了教学衔接问题的解决。
