血气分析的主要指标及临床意义一、氧分压(PO_2) 是指血液中物理溶解氧分子所产生的压力。正常值PaO_2=80~100mmHg。随年龄增长而下降,可用Marshall公式表示: PaO_2=102-0.33×年龄(岁)mmHg±2SD(10mmHg)或PaO_2=100-0.4×年龄(岁)。动脉血PO_2的最低耐受水平为36mmHg(4.8千帕)。PaO_2<36mmHg时,组织就失去了从血中摄取氧的能力。
