Objective To study the expression of P16 gene and HER2 / neu in gastric cancer and its clinical significance. Methods 112 cases of gastric cancer without chemotherapy and chemotherapy and 20 cases of adjacent tissues were selected for immunohistochemistry. The expression of P16 gene and HER2 / neu gene in the two groups were detected by immunohistochemical SP method. Characteristics of the relationship. Results The positive expression rate of P16 gene in gastric cancer tissues was lower than that in normal mucosa adjacent tissues, while the positive rate of HER2 / neu gene expression was higher than that in normal mucosa tissues. The expression of P16 was negatively correlated with the differentiation of gastric cancer tissues and the expression of HER2 / neu in gastric cancer tissues Related. HER2 / neu expression was positively correlated with lymph node metastasis in gastric cancer. Conclusion The deletion of P16 gene may play an important role in the development and progression of gastric cancer. Overexpression of HER2 / neu suggests poor prognosis.
