I. INTRODUCTION Cast aluminum alloys, when used in aluminium-copper alloys, are the most widely used. However, aluminum-antimony alloys have strong corrosion resistance and good fluidity; therefore, their applications are second only to aluminum-copper alloys. For example, thin castings and complex bodies are generally used. Cast aluminum alloys do not easily flow into the molds, and most of them are cast in aluminum-bismuth alloys, and excellent cast products can be obtained. However, the normal metallurgical structure of the aluminum-bismuth alloy is crystallized and its mechanical properties are extremely weak, so it cannot withstand a large load.
