目的:评价某品牌山花茶的毒性作用。方法:小鼠急性毒性试验、Ames试验、小鼠骨髓嗜多染红细胞微核试验、小鼠精子畸形试验、大鼠30 d喂养试验。结果:此品牌山花茶经小鼠急性毒性试验,最大耐受剂量大于15 g/kg.bw,属无毒物质;Ames试验、微核试验和精子畸形试验结果均为阴性;大鼠30 d喂养试验结果显示该样品30 d喂养对大鼠各项观察指标未见毒性作用。结论:在本次实验条件下,此山花茶为无毒物质,未显示有遗传毒性作用和亚急性毒性作用。
Objective: To evaluate the toxicity of a brand of Camellia sinensis. Methods: Acute toxicity test in mice, Ames test, micronucleus test of mouse bone marrow polychromatic erythrocytes, sperm abnormality test in mice and feeding test in rats for 30 d. Results: The brand of Camellia japonica was tested by acute toxicity test in mice. The maximum tolerated dose was more than 15 g / kg.bw, which was a non-toxic substance. The results of Ames test, micronucleus test and sperm abnormality test were negative. The results showed that the sample 30 d feeding on the various indicators of rats showed no toxic effects. Conclusion: Under this experimental condition, this camellia sinensis is a non-toxic substance and does not show genotoxic and subacute toxic effects.
