皖薯３号是一个高产、稳产、优质、多抗综合性状优良的兼用型甘薯新品种。据多年试验结果，夏薯平均单位面积产鲜薯、薯干和淀粉，依次比徐薯１８增产１０．５６％、１１．３４％和１１．８５％。鲜薯烘干率２９．６％、淀粉率２０．２％，比徐薯１８分别提高１．５和２．０个百分点。块根内涵品质以干基平均值计算，含蛋白质３．９３％、淀粉７７．３５％、总糖５．２７％，比徐薯１８依次增加０．２２、４．２５、０．９５个百分点。皖薯３号高抗根腐病、中抗黑斑病和茎线虫病。耐旱耐涝性较强。大、中薯率８０．９％，熟食味优良。积极推广皖薯３号对持续提高黄淮海地区粮食产量，为丰富轻工业原料和发展畜牧业具有重大作用
Wanshu 3 is a high-yield, stable yield, high-quality, multi-resistant integrated good sweet potato varieties.
