为进一步了解贮藏期甜高粱秸秆糖代谢、蔗糖降解酶活性的变化及其相关性,以新高粱3号(XT-2)和新高粱4号(XT-4)为试验材料,在去叶立放和带叶立放堆放下进行贮藏试验。结果表明:贮藏至第180天时,去叶立放贮存秸秆总糖含量高于带叶立放贮存,总糖含量大小顺序依次为:XT-2去叶立放>XT-4去叶立放>XT-4带叶立放>XT-2带叶立放贮存,总糖累计分别为5%、13%、11%、2%。两个品种在不同贮藏方式下秸秆蔗糖磷酸合成酶(SPS)活性与蔗糖含量的相关性都不显著(P>0.05),XT-4在两个不同贮藏方式下蔗糖合成酶(SS)活性和蔗糖含量的相关性也不显著,而XT-2秸秆SS酶活性与蔗糖含量相关性显著。长期贮藏过程中不同贮藏方式对甜高粱秸秆糖分含量有很大的影响,不同贮藏方式秸秆总糖含量差异明显,去叶立放贮存工序简单、成本低廉,有利于秸秆总糖含量的保持,适合于温度较低且干燥的地区。
