带血管蒂的胚胎器官移植和利用胎胰的胰岛细胞移植是当今我国器官移植的特点之一。鉴于历来被认为胚胎器官的免疫原性要比成人低,但作为供体的胎胰,其组织相容性抗原的表达究竟如何,已被关注。本文将着重对人胎胰免疫原性的研究进展作综述报道。
Transplantation of vascularized embryonic organs and islet transplantation using fetal pancreas are one of the characteristics of organ transplantation in our country today.
