介入性神经放射技术,可以对颅内血管进行选择性插管,为许多疾病的治疗提供了新的手段。颅内血管球囊成形术,自1984年首次报告以来,已广泛应用于蛛网膜下腔出血(SAH)后内科治疗无效的血管痉挛。人们注意到血管成形术成功后,经颅多普勒超声(TCD)显示血流速度下降,提示 TCD可用于成形术后随访观察。本文报告4例 SAH 后血管痉挛的病人,在手术后用 TCD 监测,正确地预测了出现临床症状之前的血管痉挛。
Interventional nerve radiography, the selective intracranial vascular catheterization, provides a new tool for the treatment of many diseases. Intracranial balloon angioplasty, which was first reported in 1984, has been widely used for vasospasm that is ineffective in medical treatment after subarachnoid hemorrhage (SAH). It was noted that after successful angioplasty transcranial Doppler ultrasound (TCD) showed a decrease in blood flow velocity, suggesting that TCD can be used for follow-up after angioplasty. In this paper, we report four patients with vasospasm following SAH who were monitored by TCD after surgery and correctly predicted vasospasm prior to the onset of clinical symptoms.
