The key to developing social productivity and improving the competitiveness of enterprises lies in improving people’s quality. To mobilize people’s enthusiasm, it is necessary to strengthen people-centered people-oriented management and ideological work. In order to advance research on this topic, commissioned by the Political Affairs Office of the Chinese Ministry of Machinery Industry and the Political Affairs Office of the Weapons Corporation, the Society decided to hold two seminars in Nanjing in the middle and late October.
