1986年9月在湖北黄麦岭磷矿召开了用L339作黄麦岭磷矿原生脉石抑制剂选矿小试验报告评审会。化工矿山设计院受黄麦岭磷矿委托,利用该院新研制的L339抑制剂,达到降低MgO、尽量放粗粒度的目的。试验结果:原矿品位P_2O_510.88%,MgO2.35%,在磨矿细度-200目65.9%,添加碳酸钠5公斤/吨,L339 0.5公斤/吨,氧化石腊皂0.6公斤/吨,采用一粗一精开路流程,取得精矿品位P_2O_535.18%、收率85.19%MgO1.1%的结果。
In September 1986, the appraisal meeting of the small experiment report on the beneficiation of primary gangue inhibitors from Huangmeiling phosphate rock with L339 was held in Huangmaling phosphate mine in Hubei Province. Chemical Mining Design Institute commissioned by the Huang Mailing phosphate rock, the use of the hospital newly developed L339 inhibitors, to reduce MgO, as coarse grained purpose. Test results: Raw ore grade P2O5 510.88%, MgO2 0.35%, grinding fineness -200 mesh 65.9%, adding sodium carbonate 5 kg / ton, L339 0.5 kg / ton, oxygenated stone soap 0.6 kg / ton, using A coarse and a fine open process, to obtain concentrate grade P_2O_535.18%, yield 85.19% MgO1.1% of the results.
