湖北省随县三里岗供销社是个山区,下设6个分销店,25个供应门市部、7个收购部、1个加工》厂、1个旅社食堂。从1980年1月份起,由基层社集中核算改为分级管理,分级核标。两年来的实践证明,这种办法有利于把责、权、利结合起来,发挥分销店、柜组经营管理的主动性和广大干部职工积极性,促进了购销上升,费用下降,利润增加,经济效果显著。作法是: (一)分级核算,分级考核经济效果。
