目的 :了解数字化成像X线机的性能、特点及其对胃双对比造影的应用价值。方法 :使用日立 110XF 10 0 0mA数字化成像X线机 ,采用青岛东风化工厂生产的QD 3Ⅱ型硫酸钡干混悬剂及产气粉。选择 10 0 0例患者进行胃低张气钡双对比造影检查。结果 :10 0 0例患者 ,检出阳性率占 69.4% ,其中胃炎 5 63例 ,胃溃疡 72例 ,胃息肉 13例 ,胃癌 46例 ,其中早期胃癌 6例。小于 5mm以下病灶胃溃疡 12例 ,胃息肉 4例。所获得片子能够清晰地显示出胃小区和胃小沟。结论 :数字化成像X线机是目前检查消化道疾病最理想的设备 ,它可能与内镜相媲美 ,尤其是对内镜的盲区具有独到之处
Objective: To understand the performance and characteristics of digital imaging X-ray machine and its application value to double gastric contrast. Methods: Hitachi 110XF 10 0mA digital imaging X-ray machine, using QD 3 Ⅱ type dry barium sulfate produced by Qingdao Dongfeng Chemical Factory and gas production. Choose 100 cases of patients with gastric low barium double contrast radiography. Results: The positive rate was 69.4% in 100 cases. Gastritis was found in 63 cases, gastric ulcer in 72 cases, gastric polyps in 13 cases, gastric carcinoma in 46 cases, and early gastric carcinoma in 6 cases. Less than 5mm below the lesion gastric ulcer in 12 cases, 4 cases of gastric polyps. The obtained film can clearly show the stomach area and gastric minor groove. Conclusion: Digital imaging X-ray machine is currently the best equipment for the examination of gastrointestinal diseases, it may be comparable with the endoscopy, especially for endoscopic blind spot is unique
