目的探讨胎肝细胞输注(FLI)对化疗后机体免疫细胞的影响。方法对瓦克癌肉瘤(W256)大鼠环磷酰胺化疗后,再进行胎肝细胞输注,观察其对外周血各型ANAE淋巴细胞百分率的影响,并测定免疫器官重量,观察对脾指数及胸腺指数的影响。结果化疗后,环磷酰胺组(CTX组)ANAE淋巴细胞总阳性率和点样型百分率分别为56.90±9.29,42.30±7.53;环磷酰胺加胎肝细胞输注组(CTX+FLI组)分别为51.60±8.13,40.30±6.85,与正常对照组(NS组)相比显著降低(P<0.05),CTX组胸腺指数为0.58±0.37,与NS组相比亦显著降低(P<0.05)。胎肝细胞输注后,CTX+FLI组ANAE点样型百分率为60.80±11.43,与单纯化疗者相比显著升高(P<0.05);胸腺指数为1.03±0.50,与CTX组相比亦显著升高。结论胎肝细胞输注对环磷酰胺化疗引起的外周血点样型ANAE淋巴细胞百分率下降及胸腺重量减轻有促进恢复作用。
Objective To investigate the effect of fetal liver cell transfusion (FLI) on immune cells after chemotherapy. METHODS: Chemotherapy with cyclophosphamide (W256) in rats with Wake Carcinosarcoma (W256) was followed by fetal liver cell transfusion. The effect of peripheral blood on the percentage of AEA lymphocytes in various types of peripheral blood was observed. The weight of immune organs was measured and the spleen index was observed. Results After chemotherapy, the total positive rate and spotty percentage of ANAE lymphocytes in the CTX group were 56.90±9.29, 42.30±7.53, respectively; Cyclophosphamide plus fetal liver cell transfusion The group (CTX + FLI group) was 51.60 ± 8.13, 40.30 ± 6.85, respectively, compared with the normal control group (NS group) significantly lower (P <0.05), CTX group thymus index was 0. 58±0.37, also significantly decreased compared with NS group (P<0.05). Conclusion Fetal liver cell infusion can promote the recovery of peripheral blood spot-type AAE lymphocytes and weight reduction of thymus caused by cyclophosphamide chemotherapy.
