对越自卫还击战中,我们在一线野战医院就地采血。结合平时自体输血方法的经验设计了一种采血、输血配套装置。现简介如下。一、装置说明及使用1.采血器与输血器同时按装在血袋的一端,血袋内含有抗凝剂。2.采血时,将穿刺针头保护帽取下,将袋内抗凝剂放至穿刺针头处,然后采血。采血时应均匀摇动血袋,防止血液凝固。采血完毕,将保护帽套紧,并在标签上标明血型、编号、采血时间等。
