商品砼在国外已经普遍使用,经济效益很好。国内许多专家一再建议大力推广。但迄今为止推广的速度不快,还存在着许多障碍。因此,在许多建设工地上还常常看到小型搅拌站在活动,既浪费水泥,也污染环境,经济效益不好。看了常州推广商品砼的经验,令人兴奋。这个生动的事实说明,在我国推广商品砼是完全可行的,经济效益也很好,技术上不存在克服不了的困难。到目前为止所以不能普遍推行的症结,就在于我国的水泥分配体制还不合理,价格和税收等问题没有解决好。建议建材、建工、物资等有关方面,加强联系,紧密合作,从提高宏观经济效益出发,以改革的精神采取有效措施,学习常州的经验,尽快打开推广商品砼的新局面。
