实验证明,70名完成TOPV基础免疫的18~24月龄儿童一轮强化免疫1个月后检测,3型血清抗脊髓灰质炎病毒中和抗体分别为1:45.95、1:124.08和1:34.14;两轮强化免疫1个月后检测,除I-SPVAb(1:57.70)比一轮强化略有增加(P<0.01)外,其余两型抗体未见增加(P>0.50)。据此认为,TOPV基础免疫接种率水平较高,无病例或罕有病例的地区,只要能做好防止漏服的充分准备,采用“扫荡式”一轮强化免疫方法,可节约近50%的人力、物力与经费,可以获得与两轮强化免疫同样地控制Polio发病的满意效果。
