学生的耐力指标是一项重要的身体素质指标,由于教学模式方面存在一些落后的弊端,以及目前高中女生的心血管和呼吸系统的机能及耐力素质普遍较差,学习兴趣不高,学生的意志品质薄弱,致使耐久跑的教学达不到预期的效果。耐久跑作为高中体育模块教学必修部分,在教学中有着其他项目不可替代的作用,但高中女生对耐久跑毫无兴趣。本文就针对高中女生在练习耐久跑过程中为何产生厌学问题,及如何教学进行探讨。
