在全球经济低迷的今天,企业要想在激烈的市场竞争中提高竞争力,除了不断地转变经营理念,改善经营结构外,加强人力资源的开发,注重人力资源的培训管理是十分必要的。做好企业的培训工作,提高员工的综合素质,提高企业的整体形象是企业做好做大的关键所在。化工企业是个特殊的行业,它有着高危险、复杂性、基础性等特点,所以安全培训工作是化工企业的头等大事,它关系到职工的安全、企业的发展。但化工企业在实际工作中对安全培训的态度、培训的内容、培训的投入等方面上都存在着缺陷,这严重地影响化工企业安全生产的同事更影响着家庭的安定、社会的和谐,所以本人想结合自己的实际工作浅谈下上述问题的存在及完善对策,最终目的促进化工企业安全、稳定、持续、有效的发展。
In today’s global economic downturn, if enterprises want to enhance their competitiveness in the fierce market competition, it is necessary to continuously change their business philosophy and improve their management structure so as to strengthen the development of human resources and pay attention to the training and management of human resources. Good business training, improve the overall quality of staff, improve the overall image of enterprises is the key to doing business bigger and bigger. Chemical industry is a special industry. It has the characteristics of high risk, complexity and foundation. Therefore, safety training is the top priority for chemical industry. It relates to the safety of workers and the development of enterprises. However, there are flaws in the attitudes, training contents and training inputs of chemical enterprises in actual work, which seriously affect the safety of the chemical industry and affect the stability of the family and social harmony. Therefore, I would like to combine my own work to talk about the existence of the above problems and countermeasures, the ultimate goal of promoting safe, stable, sustainable and effective development of chemical industry.
