As the core of the current Chinese government’s own reform, the power list system is a basic and crucial project for transforming government functions and simplifying power and releasing power. It is also an important starting point for further promoting the administration according to law. Therefore, whether the power list is formulated in a scientific manner, whether the operation is regulated, whether the supervision is in place and whether the adjustment is reasonable is related to the process of reforming the administrative system and building a rule of law in China.
