目的:研究西宁地区(2 260m)慢性肾功能衰竭(CRF)早期患者心脏结构和功能变化。方法:选择36例CRF早期患者及18例肾功能正常的慢性肾炎患者(对照组)进行彩色多普勒超声心动图心脏结构和功能的检查。结果:与对照组比较,CRF组左心房内径(LAD)、左室舒张末期内径(LVEDD)、室间隔厚度、(IVT)、左室后壁厚度(LVPW)、左室收缩末期容量(LVESV)明显增加(P<0.01),射血分数(ET)明显降低(P<0.01)。结论:慢性肾功能衰竭早期心脏结构和功能已出现明显异常,提早进行干预将有助于改善CRF患者的预后。
Objective: To study the changes of cardiac structure and function in early stage of chronic renal failure (CRF) in Xining region (2260m). Methods: The color Doppler echocardiography was used to examine the structure and function of heart in 36 patients with early CRF and 18 patients with chronic nephritis with normal renal function (control group). Results: Compared with the control group, left atrium diameter (LAD), left ventricular end diastolic dimension (LVEDD), interventricular septum thickness (IVT), left ventricular posterior wall thickness (LVPW), left ventricular end systolic volume (LVESV) (P <0.01), and the ejection fraction (ET) decreased significantly (P <0.01). CONCLUSION: Early cardiac structure and function have been significantly abnormal in patients with chronic renal failure. Early intervention will help to improve the prognosis of patients with CRF.
