学龄段中重度肢残青少年,由于其身体限制和外部环境的排斥,被拒于普通义务教育之外,国内至今也没有出台保障和解决其教育问题的相关政策和补救措施,该群体的教育平等权遭到忽视,教育之路障碍重重。本文基于此类现象和对该群体的长期研究,以成骨不全症患者为代表,提出建设学龄段中重度肢残青少年远程教育在线支教平台的建议,并基于“教育平台设计”的视角,对“学龄段中重度肢残青少年在线教育平台”进行理论与实践的系统研究,通过对主要服务对象开展前端分析,对该平台的可行性、课程体系、教学策略、反馈评价体系等进行构想和设计,以期为系统的实际研发提供理论和实践基础。
