目的了解一种以空气作为工作气体、大气压冷等离子体消毒器的性能。方法以不同染菌介质、采用载体定量杀灭试验进行实验研究。结果该消毒器对金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌和白色念珠菌作用30 s、对枯草杆菌黑色变种芽孢作用3 min,杀灭率均达到100%;在存在有机物干扰情况下,对上述4种试验菌的作用时间需分别延长至1 min、45 s、1 min、10 min才能将其完全杀灭。不同的载体对等离子体杀菌效果有影响,纸片上的菌比布片上的菌易于杀灭。结论该消毒器杀菌效果好,使用便捷、安全无毒。
Objective To understand the performance of an air-cooled plasma sterilizer using air as the working gas. Methods Different media of bacteria were used to carry out experimental study on quantitative killing test of carrier. Results The sterilizer had a 30 s effect on Staphylococcus aureus, Escherichia coli and Candida albicans, and a spore killing rate of 100% for Bacillus subtilis black variant spores for 3 min. In the presence of organic compounds, the above four tests The duration of action of bacteria should be extended to 1 min, 45 s, 1 min, 10 min to kill them completely. Different carriers have an effect on the bactericidal effect of the plasma, and the bacteria on the paper is easier to kill than the bacteria on the cloth. Conclusion The disinfection sterilization effect is good, easy to use, safe and non-toxic.
