After the price cut, the international half-circuit (domestic-side) monthly fee for renting 2 megabit bandwidths on the Internet is levied, and the fee for using the 1-2 trillion-bandwidth inter-provincial long distance digital circuit network leased by ISPs is reduced by 50% and 80% respectively.
