随着市场经济化水平的不断提高,企业资产价值管理也面临着新的要求。近几年来,施工行业竞争逐渐激烈,那么施工企业应当如何为自己在激烈的竞争中谋求到一席之地呢?因此,本文通过对文献资料的研究和分析,结合自身多年实践经验,认为施工企业提升自身竞争力要从内部资产管理做起。通过对施工企业财务资产价值管理现状的研究和调查,笔者针对目前我国施工企业财务资产价值管理中的重点和难点提出一些个人观点。
