竞技体育如今已成为衡量一个国家体育是否发达、国力是否强盛的鲜明标志之一。高校竞技体育是我国竞技体育的重要组成部分,促进高校竞技体育发展已成为我国体育事业发展的重要战略之一。在国际竞技体育蓬勃发展的大环境下,我国高校竞技体育呈现良好的发展态势,无论是在培养高水平体育人才数量还是参加世界大型比赛规模上都取得了长足的发展,但也存在着许多问题。运用文献资料法、数理统计法对我国高校竞技体育的管理体制、项目布局、经费投入、学训矛盾、运动员来源、教练员队伍进行了剖析。提出我国高校竞技体育的发展对策:改革现有的管理体制,改善运动项目布局,优化竞赛经费资源,改变学训矛盾态势,扩大运动员招收渠道,提升教练员训练水平,确保我国高校竞技体育的可持续发展。
Competitive sports has now become a measure of a country’s sports is developed, the national strength is strong one of the hallmarks. Competitive sports in colleges and universities are an important part of Chinese competitive sports. Promoting the development of competitive sports in colleges and universities has become one of the important strategies for the development of Chinese sports. Under the circumstance of vigorous development of international competitive sports, the competitive sports in colleges and universities in our country shows a good development trend, and both great progress has been made in cultivating the number of high-level sports talents and in participating in the large-scale world competitions. However, there are still many problems . Using the methods of literature review and mathematical statistics, this paper analyzes the management system, project layout, funding, contradictions of study and training, sources of athletes and coaches in colleges and universities in China. Put forward the countermeasures of developing competitive sports in colleges and universities in our country: reform the existing management system, improve the layout of sports events, optimize the resources of competition funds, change the contradiction between learning and training, expand the channels for recruiting athletes, improve the training level of trainers, Continuous development.
