目的探讨“补益阳明津气”对初老雌性大鼠卵巢门血管的影响,并以此佐证中医传统经典理论“五七,阳明脉衰”在绝经前期生殖轴机能衰老中的重要影响。为促进绝经前期妇女健康、延缓绝经前期卵巢机能衰老、防治相关病症提供一种新的研究与论治思路,并为研制相关方药提供药效学依据。方法4-6月龄雌性大鼠为正常对照组;10-12月龄,阴道细胞学表现动情期延长的雌性大鼠作为初老大鼠模型。模型动物随机分为益胃汤高剂量组、益胃汤中剂量组、益胃汤低剂量组、己烯雌酚组、模型对照组和六味地黄丸组。灌药4周后,断头处死,取左侧卵巢用于检测卵巢门血管。结果与模型对照组比较,益胃汤高、中剂量组卵巢门血管壁变薄,管腔扩大,卵巢血供增加。结论实验研究提示益胃汤具有改善卵巢局部血供的作用,这可能是其延缓卵巢机能衰老的机制之一。
Objective To investigate the effect of “Yiyangmingjinqi” on the ovarian blood vessels of the presenilin female rats, and to support the traditional Chinese traditional theory “May 7 and Yangming pulse decline” in the functional aging of the reproductive axis in premenopause women. To promote the health of premenopausal women, delay the premenopausal ovarian function aging, prevention and treatment of related diseases provide a new research and treatment ideas, and provide pharmacodynamic basis for the development of related prescription drugs. Methods Female rats aged 4-6 months were normal controls; female rats aged 10-12 months were prone to vaginal cytology with prolonged estrus. The model animals were randomly divided into high-dose Yiweitang group, middle-dose Yiweitang group, low-dose Yiweitang group, diethylstilbestrol group, model control group, and Liuwei Dihuang Wan group. Four weeks after dosing, the rats were killed by decapitation and the left ovary was used to detect ovarian portal blood vessels. Results Compared with the model control group, the ovarioles in the high- and middle-dose groups had thinning of the vascular wall, enlargement of the lumen, and increased blood supply to the ovary. Conclusion Experimental studies suggest that Yiwei Decoction can improve the local blood supply of the ovary, which may be one of the mechanisms that delay the aging of ovarian function.
